Requesting to ship a package with batteries using Korea Post EMS or EMS Premium, there is a high risk that your package may be returned or disposed of by the carrier. In such cases, Delivered Korea cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience that may occur.
For locations where FedEx or Singapore Airlines shipping is not available, please contact our support team and request our battery removal. This will allow you to ship your package without the risk of return or disposal due to battery content.
