We are excited to inform you that our platform will undergo a major renewal on October 27th at 12:00 AM (UTC). During this time, the platform will be temporarily unavailable due to the screen replacement process.

Downtime Details: Approximately 12:00 AM to 06:00 AM (UTC)

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. 

Important Reminders:

  • Shipping Payments: Payment for shipping will not be possible during the renewal. All requests will be handled manually via customer service.
  • Shipping Recommendations: If your free storage period ends on October 27th or your packages are scheduled for disposal, please complete your shipping payments in advance to avoid additional charges or disposal of your packages.

System Improvements for a Better Experience:

We are committed to enhancing your overall experience with our platform. Some of the updates include:

  • Simplified Storage Tracking: View your remaining free storage days and track disposal dates at a glance, and access your packages under the new ‘Warehouse’ tab (formerly known as the My Packages tab).
  • Streamlined We Buy Requests: Enjoy an enhanced autofill feature to save time when making requests.
  • All We Buy requests and generated packages will still be visible and accessible in your ‘Warehouse’ tab after the renewal.

DK Money and DK Points Update:

  • As of October 5th, DK Money will no longer be available for top-ups until we launch the new eWallet service.

After the renewal:

  • DK Money will be converted to Wallet Credits.
  • DK Points will become Reward Credits.
