HOW TO ORDER

How to use Buy for Me

step01

1. Sign up and login to DELIVERED
2. Click BUY FOR ME ORDERS on the top
3. Click CREATE NEW button

1. Write the store name of the product(s)
2. Describe the product as detail as you can
3. Click the blank, and search for a proper category of the product
4. Copy and paste the URL of the product webpage
5. Write about how many products you want to purchase
6. If you are not sure about anything, then please attach the screenshot of the webpage
7. Click the button to add another item to purchase in the same store
8. Any additional information that will help us identify and purchase the exact item you are looking for. Or you can write None.

*Important
It must be written in either English or Korean. If you submit BUY FOR ME request in another language,
we wouldn't be able to purchase the item(s) on your behalf.

Some products’ options may set as 10 products as 1 option. (ex. 10매, 10개)
If you want to purchase 100 products, then please write the quantity as 10.

1. If your order has been successfully completed, you will see the above pop-up.

2. Go back to BUY FOR ME ORDERS page, and click the arrow to view the order details

3. If there are any changes you wish to make, click the Edit button.

*Important
Changing order details is not possible after the purchase of the product

1. The delivered team will check your BuyforMe order. At this time, if the product you requested for purchase is available, your order status will be changed to pending as above.
2. If the order status is changed to pending, click the checkbox and click the add to cart button at the top left to make payment for the purchasing the item.

3. Click the cart icon in the upper right corner.

1. Click the checkbox for the product you want to purchase, and then click the CHECKOUT button at the bottom. Click OK when the confirmation pop-up appears.

2. Payments can be made using a credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Delivered's balance. Please check if the payment amount is correct again and press OK.

3. Your request to purchase is completed successfully. Purchasing and shipping to our Korean warehouse usually take two to three days, and when the goods are shipped to our warehouse, we will send you the notification email.
Also, after the goods arrive at our warehouse, you will be able to check your order from MY PACKAGES page instead of BUY FOR ME ORDERS page.

1. The order status changes to RECEIVED, as shown in the screenshot, and you can click the arrow below to view the order details.

2. Clicking on the checkbox for the item you wish to ship will activate the ADD TO CART button on the right. Click the button and press OK.

3. Please select the shipping address you want to ship (add and change the shipping address is available at MY ACCOUNT SETTING) and select the desired delivery option. Then click the CHECKOUT button.

4. Payments can be made using a credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Delivered's balance. Please check if the payment amount is correct again and press OK.

5. Your delivery request completed successfully. Delivery period may vary depending on the destination country and the delivery option you have selected. Also, we will send you the notification e-mail when the goods are shipped from our warehouse.

If you submit BUY FOR ME form in another language, we cannot purchase on your behalf, and it may take longer to purchase.

Self Shop

1. Write the tracking number of your order
2. Choose the carrier that the seller has provided
3. Write the order number
4. Write the merchant or store’s name
5. Describe the product as detail as you can
6. Click the blank, and search for a proper category of the product
7. Write the price of the item that you purchased. (If there are various kinds of items, click add item button below.)
8. Write about how many products you purchased
9. Please attach a screenshot which shows the value of the goods at the moment of purchase to avoid issues with customs clearance.

*Important
It must be written in either English or Korean. If you submit My Incoming Package form in another language, it may take significantly longer to register the parcel in the system (or we may not be able to register them at all).
